A multi-generational installation, Co-created by Jane Horrocks, Molly Vivian, Francesca Levi and Camilla Clarke.

Combining a collection of archive material from VHS home footage to diary recordings the team has created a memory shop full of treasures and horrors. We follow the formative years of Molly (Jane’s daughter) and the latter years of Barbara (Jane’s mum). A combination of innocence and Alzheimer’s. This jumble of memories invites the audience to try and piece together their own story and what it really means to be alive. This project was featured at Brighton Festival. Also featured on BBC Inside Culture show with Mary Beard.

Yolk and Aliens can now be enjoyed till the end of May on Brighton Festival website. Click on this link to access the film.
